Production time varies depending on case type, material, and order volume. Any stated turnaround time is an estimate and does not include international shipping time.

Warranty coverage may apply to selected products depending on case type, material, and agreed conditions.

All pricing is subject to confirmation before production. Orders will only be processed after payment or agreed credit terms.

7. Shipping

We ship internationally. Delivery time depends on destination, logistics provider, and customs clearance. HeZhan Dental Laboratory is not responsible for delays caused by customs or third-party logistics.
