Digital Workflow

Digital Workflow for Dental Restoration Cases

From STL file review to final restoration delivery, HeZhan supports digital dental cases with clear communication, CAD/CAM production, and quality checks at each key stage.

Reliable digital case handling is essential for modern dental restorations.

At HeZhan Dental Laboratory, we work with dental labs, clinics, distributors, and dental service providers that send digital files for crown and bridge cases, implant restorations, surgical guides, clear aligners, removable prosthetics, and other dental restorations.

Our digital workflow helps clients submit case information clearly, reduce communication errors, improve production accuracy, and track each case from file review to final delivery.

Section 1

Case Submission

Clients can send case requirements, STL files, intraoral scan data, photos, shade information, material preferences, and technical instructions for review.

For digital cases, complete and clear case information helps improve production accuracy and reduce delays before manufacturing begins.

Common information we review includes:

Digital File Review

Before production, our team checks the submitted files and case instructions to confirm whether the information is complete and suitable for production.

If important details are missing or unclear, we communicate with the client before moving forward. This helps reduce errors caused by incomplete files, unclear margins, incorrect bite records, or missing implant information.

Section 3

CAD/CAM Design Support

After file review, the case enters the digital design stage. Our technicians use CAD/CAM systems to support the design of crowns, bridges, implant restorations, surgical guides, clear aligners, and other digital dental cases.

During this stage, we focus on fit, function, contact, occlusion, anatomy, and restoration requirements based on the client’s instructions.

Section 4

Production Coordination

Once the digital design and technical requirements are confirmed, the case moves into production.

HeZhan coordinates technicians, materials, production scheduling, and case requirements according to the restoration type and delivery needs. Common digital cases may move faster, while complex implant cases, full-arch restorations, removable cases, or special material requirements may require additional review and production time.

Section 5

Quality Checks Before Delivery

Quality control is included at key stages of the digital workflow.

Before delivery, each case is checked according to the client’s requirements, including fit, function, appearance, material, shade, and final finishing details. Our goal is to support consistent restoration quality and reduce unnecessary adjustments for clients.

Clear Communication for Global Dental Cases

Digital dental cooperation depends on clear communication.

HeZhan provides case updates and technical communication to help clients understand case status, file requirements, production progress, and delivery arrangements. For international dental cases, clear communication helps reduce delays and supports long-term cooperation.
